I am so happy with the truly superior craftsmanship and with the warranty and with how Andrew Tehrani and his roofing crew went way beyond what might be expected. Andrew is the most honest, fair, and responsive player in the roofing market. As a former insurance homeowner adjuster- I was able to deeply scrub the 4 roofing estimates I got- AST’s estimate GLOWED! The good work is in the meticulous details, and Andrew and AST Roofing team have done it - fix crooked roof structure, reinforce with flashing, replace leading old skylights, all new parts for vents, and many extra measures that my previous roofer did not care to provide. AST Roofing replaced our old roof and did an excellent job. The owner Andrew promptly responded to my initial query and came by the house the same day. He gave us a quote that was lower than others and completed the job for the quoted amount. He suggested a shingle color that we went with. He was very professional and pleasant. They did the whole job in one day the including removal of the old roof, replacing plywood where needed, laying water and ice barrier and flashing, and installing new architectural shingles, and cleaning up thoroughly. Andrew even texted us photos of the roof as the work progressed. I highly recommend AST Roofing.
